Noel Mines is the General Manager at Lime Tree Village, where he is responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the village. This includes oversight of resident services, facilities management, team leadership, and overall performance. Noel is dedicated to maintaining high standards across the village, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent resident experience and fostering a welcoming, supportive community environment.
With over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Noel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His background has equipped him with strong financial acumen, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. He is passionate about creating environments where both residents and team members can thrive, and he takes pride in continuously improving services and standards across the village.
