Lime Tree Village – quiet yet so convenient
Lime Tree Village is situated midway between Dunchurch and Bilton.
Rugby, Coventry, Lemington Spa and Stratford all neighbor the Village and with the M1, M6 and M45 all easily reached from the Village, the rest of the UK is easily accessible. Additionally there are excellent rail links, with mainline west coast trains stopping in Rugby affording quick access to London and the North West.
Despite the easily accessible motorways, the Village is perfect for nature lovers with Draycote Water, Caldecott Park and Swift Valley Nature Reserve all nearby. And whilst this green space creates a strong sense of peace and tranquility, all the essential amenities are also on the doorstop, with Elliots Field Retail Park a short 10-minute drive from the Village.
Neighboring Rugby also provides theatres, supermarkets, museums, spas and lots of leisure facilities.
Lime Tree Village is also close to a few popular tourist attractions such as Warwick Castle, Shakespeare’s birthplace in Stratford and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage & Gardens.
The village really does offer the best of both worlds, rural living but with the convenience of having essential amenities close by.
