Welcome to Gradwell Park, our youngest village, now starting to take shape in South Chailey, East Sussex. Located off Mill Lane, the village will include 57 apartments and eight cottages, situated around the vibrant clubhouse.

Facilities at Gradwell Park

The village clubhouse will have its own private lounge, library and movie room. There will be a bar and restaurant and two outdoor terrace areas, looking out across the grounds. Outside there will be plenty to explore and enjoy with walking paths, allotments and a games lawn.

There will be an activities room which will be multi-purpose, lending itself to gym equipment, indoor bowls, games or simply as a meeting space, depending upon residents’ preferences. A hair salon and shop will also open in the clubhouse.

A number of parking spaces within the village will be fitted with electric car charging points.

When will properties be ready?

Meadow View, Moat Park, Retirement VillagesThe village is under construction now with a show home due to open for viewings later in 2019. The majority of our East Sussex retirement properties will be ready to move into in Autumn/Winter 2020.
