For those who are looking to purchase, you can purchase a property with us outright. Alternatively, you can go along the ‘rent to buy’ route where you can move in and rent your property before you sell your own and switch to purchase when you do or use our ‘part buy, part rent’ option to release some equity right now, but with some ownership on the property should you wish to buy it outright at a later date. Lastly, there is an option to fully rent your property, releasing your current property equity.
