Charters Village has signified the start of the festive period by holding a Christmas Fayre. Residents and staff worked together to decorate Charters Towers ahead of hosting the Fayre, putting up the tree and other festive decorations – including some friendly wooden reindeers!
The Fayre was held on Friday 24th November and residents, their friends and family were all invited. There were mince pies and mulled wine and visitors were able to buy Christmas gifts and treats from the various craft stalls set up by the residents and staff.
Well done to all of the staff and residents who arranged this fabulous event. It was a wonderful day and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
Stay tuned for further festivities…a concert from the Life Boat Choir, a Christmas lunch and a New Year’s Eve bash!
