The community atmosphere coupled with a vibrant social calendar, makes Cedars Village an enviable place to be in the summer.
Cedars staff and residents recently enjoyed a summer garden party. Attendees enjoyed a glorious spread of food and drinks in between participating in a whole host of summer games including croquet, crazy golf, boules, frisbee, horseshoes and trap the rat.
Every week, you can find a group of Cedar’s residents meeting to a sing a variety of musical tunes during their choir meetups. On American Independence Day, the group treated the village to a performance in the ballroom.
…And Tracy Wilson sadly retires!
It’s sad news for everyone at Cedars as we have to say goodbye to our Domestic cleaner and supervisor, Tracy Wilson. Tracy started her Retirement Village’s Group journey on 27th November 1995. She has been described as someone who “you can rely on to do a good job” and who is “always bright and friendly”. Tracy will be missed greatly by everyone at the village and we all wish her the best of luck for the future.
