Cedars Village opened its doors on the evening of Friday 15th December, in a bid to raise money for local charity – The Watford Peace Hospice.
Residents and staff pulled out all the stops to ensure everyone has a thoroughly enjoyable evening. There was carol singing, led by resident Joan Lundie, a twelve days of Christmas dance and even a panto – called Puss in Slippers, written and directed by Cedars talented resident Jill Butler, who runs the Play Reading group at the village.
A brilliant effort by the staff and residents of Cedars Village and for a fantastic cause. All donations on the night were donated to Watford Peace Hospice.
