Be greeted at our marketing suite by our friendly staff for arrival drinks and get ready for personalised tour.
Tour of the village
Explore the 26 acres of grounds and village amenities. Meet residents on their day-to-day, perhaps on their way to an exercise class or to the sunroom with a book. It’s a chance to see any properties as well.

By Car
Travelling to Lime Tree Village by car is easy as it’s readily accessible from the M1, M5 and M45.
By Bus
The number 4 bus runs from Rugby towards Dunchurch, stopping about a 15-minute walk from Lime Tree Village. The walk in will give you a great opportunity to see the surrounding area!
By Train
The closest station to Lime Tree Village is Rugby train station. Rugby station has direct links from London, Birmingham, Preston, Northampton and more. From here, you can take a 10-minute taxi to Lime Tree Village, or the number 4 bus.

No, you don’t need to bring anything, but you’re more than welcome to bring a loved one or furry friend. Just let us know in advance, as we have limited places at each event.
We have a pet-friendly policy in all our villages. If you want to see how your furry friend likes Lime Tree Village, feel free to bring them along. After all, it will be their home too! Please be aware that pets are not allowed in the clubhouse.
