Roseland Parc residents association ‘ladies’ ensured the restaurant looked fantastically decorated and that there were plenty of cakes and sausage rolls to go round the residents attending this World War 1 themed gathering.

They were then entertained by Roseland Parc Choir who sang a selection of songs from the Shows directed by Bronwyn Gibbons, who for a number of weeks, has been assisting the choir in true Gareth Malone style to prepare for this performance.

After this there was a sing-along of war time songs lead by resident David Cooper Bagnall who also played the guitar and then a World War 1 quiz organised by John Gale.

Great fun was had by all!
