MP Matt Warman called in to meet staff and residents at Park Place, he chatted to staff before sitting down with residents to discuss retirement life in this unique setting.

Matt is passionate about providing retirement housing in both the private and public sector and commented “Park Place is a fine example of private retirement living and I think the range of retirement options the village offers for retirees in Lincolnshire is really fantastic.”

He added, “This scheme is more than just accommodation. It’s a lifestyle that aids future well being which is essential. I’m keen to support projects of this nature and will do all I can within Government to help eliminate any hurdles that prevent similar schemes from happening within my constituency.”

Sarah Burgess, Sales Director for Retirement Villages Group said afterwards: “The fact Matt found time in his diary to visit Park Place reflects his commitment to supporting the senior population here in Lincolnshire.

“His knowledge of the issues facing this kind of purpose-built development was very refreshing and, as a company, we look forward to working closer with him in the future.”

Matt particularly enjoyed chatting to residents Rose and Rachael (pictured) and both had him laughing!
