Charters Retirement Village, like all of Retirement Villages’ locations, is overseen by a dedicated team of staff providing a range of services for residents including grounds and property maintenance, housekeeping, catering, administration and management and care services.

The Care Home Manager oversees the provision of all care services at Charters Court, the residential and nursing care facility at Charters Village. The role is to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and Care Quality Commission standards maintained.
