Residents’ lunchtime exhibition for Elmbridge Manor update

Diary posted

3rd December 2015

There was a packed village hall as residents came to find out more about their Elmbridge Manor project at the recent lunchtime exhibition.

Retirement Villages hosted the event and combined canapés and drinks with a display of the proposed village development, including samples of décor, furnishing swatches and even a few furniture samples for residents to try out and provide feedback on.

Elmbridge Manor represents the brand new communal heart of the village, including restaurant, terrace bar, multi-purpose function room with stage and green room, library and shop. The project also means 38 new Surrey retirement apartments.

Construction work is now well underway (view the latest images on the Elmbridge home page). Once the building is weather tight, work begins on the internal fit out. It is hoped this brand new communal facility for Elmbridge, including one and two bedroom apartments, will be ready by late summer 2016.
