Cleverly designed to make the most of the green space surrounding it, this integrated retirement community will bring a new standard of living to the older people living in the area. The community will feature a host of communal facilities that will bring plenty of things to do and see to this already thriving community. These will include a cafe and bar, plus a restaurant, for a host of dining experiences.
These facilities will bring the community together around a community park and green space which will form the central hub of the area. Open to the wider community as well as residents that choose to call the development home, there’ll be a buzz of activity in the air.
Living in West Malling
Living in historic West Malling couldn’t be better. Kent is considered “the garden of England” and this market town is home to a busy high street where you’ll find many restaurants and huge range of shops, plus a weekly farmers market. Alongside this, there’s a variety of open green spaces to enjoy, including Manor Park Country Park where you can take the family for a day out, or the ancient ruins at Coldrum Long Barrow, a well-renowned local walking spot of historical significance.
If keeping active is your calling in West Malling you’ll be spoilt for choice. Kingshill Golf Club is within easy reach of the development, as is Leybourne Lakes Country Park where you can try your hand at a variety of water sports, fishing and much more. There’s plenty to keep you active and get involved with once you move in.
Getting around
Positioned on London Road our development is in the ideal spot for traveling further afield too. There is easy access to the M20 which can take you, North and joins the M25 giving you access to the West and East of the country. If you travel South you can reach the beautiful cliff-lined coast of Folkstone within an hour and the Euro Tunnel will link you into Europe and beyond. For those that prefer to fly when they take a holiday London Gatwick airport is just over half an hour away by car.
For those that choose to travel by public transport, there’s a variety of easy options including West Malling Railway Station with quick access into London Victoria and Canterbury West. The town is served by a number of bus routes connecting to local towns like Maidstone and Kings Hill, where there’s even more to see and do.
