Denise Le Gal, the Mayor of Waverley, has officially opened the new Arun House apartments at Elmbridge Village.

The exclusive event provided visitors and residents with their first opportunity to view these newly completed luxury apartments. Visitors could view the dressed show home to get a feel for the space and specification of these one-off properties.

Mayor Le Gal came to officially open the building and was met by Andrew Ovey, CEO of Retirement Villages Group Ltd and Keith Henesey, village manager, who took her on a private tour of the new development.

More than 150 guests and residents joined the Mayor for a celebratory drink and light refreshments, prepared by the village catering team, whilst being entertained by professional singer, Richard Stark.

“We are delighted with the success of the opening of Arun House, the event was very well attended and to have our Mayor there made the day even more special to the Elmbridge Village team and residents,” said Gill Davies, sales consultant at Elmbridge Village.

“We are very proud of our community here and the prospect of new residents is always exciting for all involved. We are very much looking forward to welcoming them to our wonderful community,” she added.
