Tai Chi at Cedars Village

We wanted to share a couple of photos of us in action at our weekly Tai Chi class, held every Wednesday afternoon.

As the weather has been so nice recently, we took this week’s class outside, in the beautiful Cedars Village gardens.

Tai Chi is an ancient form of gentle, yet powerful exercise and can improve flexibility, posture and balance, whilst simultaneously reducing blood pressure and feelings of stress. We love it!
