On 16 December 2016 we hosted a special Christmas performance to raise over £250 for the nearby Michael Sobell Hospice in Northwood, Middlesex.
Organised, staged and attended by Cedars residents, plus their friends and family not to mention some of our staff, the performance featured a range of acts including dancers, singers, musicians, sketches and readings.

Almost all Cedars’ residents made an appearance and donated generously throughout the performance in support of the hospice, which provides specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers.

One of the highlights of the evening was our very own choir, which performed a variety of songs

“The Christmas performance was highly entertaining and everybody who attended had a wonderful time,” commented Cedars’ Village Manager Colin Foulger. “Good causes such as the Michael Sobell Hospice are close to our hearts here, so we do whatever we can to support them, especially at times such as Christmas. I’d like to thank everybody involved.”

The hospice needs to raise nearly £1.7m to ensure vital services are maintained. Those who want to make their own donation can do so on its website, found at
