There are 17 two-bedroom brick-built Beaufort cottages at the village. Each comprises a spacious hallway with open plan sitting/dining area. There is a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Upstairs, the dormer landing leads through to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two double built-in wardrobes.
Modern and spacious apartments
Debden Grange offers 64 one and two-bedroom apartments, available a wide range of styles and layouts – all are modern and spacious and have been designed to ensure you have a perfect place to relax.
The master bedroom incorporates generous built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. There’s also a separate bathroom in most of the two-bedroom apartments, some of which are fitted with a bath and others a shower. You can also find a separate cloakroom in the one and in some cases two-bedroom apartments.
Kitchens in all properties are fitted with good quality integrated appliances, giving a streamlined feel. These include a Neff oven, four zone ceramic hob (with glass splashback) and stainless-steel extractor fan. A dishwasher, combined washer dryer and full height fridge/freezer are also built in.
All apartments are fitted with a door entry system that is linked to the main front door for extra security and any on the upper floors are accessible by a communal lift.
