Despite more snow throughout March, the residents at Charters Village have been enjoying the early signs of Spring. Daffodils and bluebells have begun to appear around the woodland and pond area. And early on the frosty morning of March 21st, residents spotted a March hare in the meadow.

An afternoon of chocolate tasting took place on Thursday March 15th and residents were able to sample a range of different chocolate flavors whilst learning how the chocolate is created.

Fish and chip evening proved ever popular, residents were pleased that a change in management of the local fish and chip shop certainly did not make a difference to the evening.

Residents were delighted to welcome back Eamonn and Lauren, two magicians who have entertained residents with their magic tricks previously. Their sleight of hand and delightful manner had all of the residents entranced as ever.

And finally residents rounded off the month with a coffee morning with a twist – since it was resident Audrey’s birthday, residents enjoy their coffee morning with some delicious hot cross buns.
