Managed Sale Service: RV Collection
If you’re moving into one of the communities in our RV Collection, you’ll enjoy the Managed Sale Service from our trusted partner Spring.
Spring will arrange for a trusted local estate agent to list and sell your home then manage the whole process; from dealing with the estate agents to negotiating offers and everything in between, while always coordinating with you to make sure you’re happy throughout.

Our Supported Move package allows you to reserve the home of your choice whilst we take care of the details.
We will arrange for up to 3 estate agents to value your home, agree on a market price with you, and suggest which agents to appoint, aiming to achieve a sale within eight weeks.
We will coordinate all viewings, ensure you receive feedback, and provide recommendations to help you achieve the best price while maintaining realistic timelines.

How it works

After selecting your new Thrive Living property, call our sales team to start the process - 03301 628 005.

We’ll arrange up to three trusted estate agents to value your home.

We'll agree on a market price with you, suggest which estate agent to appoint and aim to secure a sale within eight weeks.

We’ll contribute £2,000 in estate agency fees.

We’ll coordinate all viewings, provide detailed feedback, and offer guidance to help achieve the best price.

Once an offer is accepted, you’ll get regular updates on the status of the sale from our team.

We’ll contribute £1,000 towards your legal fees if you use one of our recommended solicitors.

Enjoy 14 hours of Senior Move Assistance to support your move, plus £1,000 for removals.

Upon completion, funds will be transferred, and you'll move into your new Thrive Living property on your agreed date.
