FAQs

Are all the properties flats, or are there houses available?
Both
Are the properties furnished?
We can offer furnishings as part of the purchase process but this tends to be more relevant for rentals rather than sales. Some adjustments (e.g., blinds, furniture additions) may be available for rented properties.
Can I be kept in the loop for any specific property types when they become available?
Yes, by signing up to emails.
Do you need a survey on a retirement flat?
You are welcome to organise a survey on your new purchase, although we do find that many of our residents choose not to, as much of your home is maintained and looked after by Retirement Villages. If a survey would give you that extra peace of mind, we will assist the surveyor with access when required.
What are the different property types available at the retirement communities?
Retirement Villages offers a variety of property types across their communities, including apartments, bungalows, and cottages. The specific types of properties available can vary by location. For instance, some villages may feature modern apartments, while others offer traditional cottages. To explore the range of properties and find a suitable option, you can visit their website and view the listings for each village.
Which white goods do the properties have?
Each property is unique and sold or rented with varying white goods, enquire for each property.
