Have a cup of tea and a chat with our current residents, as well as prospective residents just like you. It’s a great way to get to know your potential new neighbours and ask them any questions you might have.

Take a look around the grounds - that in itself is worth the day out! Follow the signs to our meadow walk or allotment gardens to discover the nature that surrounds our thriving community. Ask to see our weekly events schudule, wander the games lawn, visit the wellbeing centre and start daydreaming about what your life could look like here. In the words of one of our residents, “it’s a permanent holiday.”

What to expect from your visit
Arrival
Arrive with a warm welcome and a drink. Our friendly team will be ready to show you around and make you feel right at home.
Tour of the village
Your personlised tour will include a wander in the grounds, a visit to our wellness centre, restaurant, bar and lounge. Plus a visit to any retirement properties for sale and to rent in Elmbridge you might like to see.
Time for refreshments
Take a break and enjoy tea and coffee in our lounge, it's a chance to meet other residents.

By Car
Elmbridge has fantastic connections to nearby motorway networks including the M23, M25 and A3, making reaching the village by car easy from London and the rest of the country.
By Bus
From Cranleigh centre, take the 24 or 42 bus from Stocklund Square. This service is run by Compass Travel and will drop you right at the village.
By Train
If you’re travelling by rail, you can reach the nearest stations of Horsham, Crawley and Guildford direct from London, Peterborough, Southampton and more.

Pets are always welcome at Elmbridge, so if you have a dog you'd like to bring along to the event, feel free. They can get to know the other furry friends we have in the village. Please note that pets are not permitted in the clubhouse.
