We are planning a new nine-acre specialist retirement development on the northern edge of West Malling town in Kent, accessed via London Road (A20).
This is in response to the growing numbers of older people in the local area, especially those aged over 75, many of who require specialist housing in order to stay healthy and enjoy a high quality of life. It will also free up under occupied family housing and alleviate strains on the NHS.

Naturally our proposed new development would respect the local environment. The site is well screened and not visible to the general public other than views from the houses off Tower Hill. Traffic movement would be minimal because of the age of the residents and would not add to peak time congestion because there is no need for work or school runs.
