Terms and conditions:
- Offer available on all rental properties in Heartwood House at The Wyldewoods in Chester.
- Offer available on new rental contracts taken out by 31 July 2025 based on a minimum term of 12 months.
- The 3-month period during which rent will not be charged will apply to months 10, 11 and 12, after which time rent will return to the previous contractual amount.
- The offer applies to the rental cost only. Management charges and utility costs will be payable during the rental offer period (months 10,11,12).
- Offer is valid while apartments in Heartwood house remain available within the offer period.
