What to expect from your visit
A Warm Welcome
We'll be running tours from 10am - 4pm. A member of the team will make contact to book your slot. Come along to the main reception at Botanical Place, just off the public square, where one of our friendly team will greet you.

Your time with us is completely flexible - you can choose what you’d like to see. Whether it’s apartment layouts, wellbeing amenities, dining options, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, we’ll tailor your visit to suit your interests and priorities.

You’ll get a feel for how we’re building a thriving new community that prioritises wellbeing and community, all designed to help you live independently, with support on hand if and when it’s needed.

Finding Botanical Place
By Car
We have underground parking, as well as electric charging points. The M25 easily accessible and it’s just over 30 minutes to Heathrow Airport, making it easy to lock up and leave.
By Bus
You’ll find fantastic local bus services - the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk with regular buses connecting West Byfleet to Weybridge, Woking and more.
By Train
The train station is a two-minute walk from Botanical Place. The well-connected train station will take you directly to London Waterloo in half an hour. Plus, discover fantastic spots a short journey away, like the market town of Alton.
Frequently asked questions about the event
No, you don’t need to bring anything. You’re more than welcome to bring a loved on or a friend. Just let us know in advance, as we have limited places at each event.
We have a pet-friendly policy across all our communities however we do ask that pets do not enter the clubhouse with the exception of guide dogs.
You can rent or buy with us, see ‘available’ properties on the Botanical Place page.
Botanical Place car park is not yet open. You can park in the Waitrose car park for free up to 1.5 hours. If possible we advise you take public transport.
