Roseland Parc Launch
You’re Invited to the Launch at Roseland Parc
1st July
Be among the first to discover our newest apartments at Roseland Parc, as we prepare to launch Penlee House and Roseland Court.
Set within our established and welcoming village near Truro, this special event offers the perfect opportunity to explore everything Roseland Parc has to offer, enjoy some refreshments, and learn more about these exciting new homes before they are released.
Introducing the new appartments
We’re excited to introduce two brand new collections of apartments coming soon to Roseland Parc, thoughtfully designed to complement the existing village and enhance the lifestyle on offer.
Penlee House is a beautifully restored Grade II listed residence, reimagined into just nine elegant apartments. Blending heritage character with modern design, each home offers a unique mix of charm, comfort and low-maintenance living, all set within the stunning historic gardens.
Roseland Court is a brand new collection of one and two-bedroom apartments, designed with contemporary living in mind. Bright, well-proportioned interiors, modern kitchens and views across landscaped grounds create homes that are both practical and inviting.
Both collections have been carefully planned to offer energy-efficient, easy-to-maintain homes, giving you the freedom to enjoy everything the village has to offer without the worry of day-to-day upkeep.
During the event, you’ll be able to learn more about these apartments, explore layouts and availability, and register your interest ahead of release.

The simple answer is no. We’ll have everything you need here, to enjoy the day. If you’d like to bring a loved one or pet, however, they’re more than welcome.
Yes, we believe pets are part of the family. And it’s important that they get a feel for the place, since it may be their new home too! But please bear in mind that the clubhouse has a no-pets policy.
