Come along to the main reception at Botanical Place, just off the public square, where one of our friendly team will greet you.
Time To Take it All In
Wander through our inviting communal spaces and see what’s happening in the wellbeing areas. Get comfortable in the cinema room, then head upstairs to explore the show apartments and take in the views from the rooftop terraces.
Delicious Refreshments
Throughout the event, refreshments will be available in the multi-function room and the private residents' lounge.

Finding Botanical Place
By Car
We have underground parking, as well as electric charging points. The M25 easily accessible and it’s just over 30 minutes to Heathrow Airport, making it easy to lock up and leave.
By Bus
You’ll find fantastic local bus services - the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk with regular buses connecting West Byfleet to Weybridge, Woking and more.
By Train
The train station is a two-minute walk from Botanical Place. The well-connected train station will take you directly to London Waterloo in half an hour. Plus, discover fantastic spots a short journey away, like the market town of Alton.

Parking is provided on site and is chargeable – the car park has 67 spaces and payment is by card or contactless. There is also parking (chargeable) available at West Byfleet Station.
