First Tuesday of every month | 2:00pm - 3:00pm 

Join us for complimentary coffee and treats, and a friendly chat with one of our sales team - a relaxed and welcoming way to find out more about Botanical Place. 

It’s completely informal and open to everyone – there’s no need to book, just pop by and see what’s brewing! We look forward to seeing you there soon.

A Summer Afternoon of Outdoor Theatre

Sunday 23rd August | 3:00 pm


Join us on Botanical Place Square for an outdoor performance of King Arthur and the Holy Fail by the acclaimed Three-Inch Fools theatre company. Settle in for an afternoon of open-air entertainment, laughter and community spirit.

What to expect

Charity Arts & Crafts Workshop

Saturday 29th August | 2:00pm – 4:00pm


Join us at Botanical Place for a creative afternoon in partnership with The Craft Hub, supporting Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.

Enjoy a Painting with Wool & Needle Felting Workshop, where you'll learn how to create beautiful artwork using colourful wool fibres and simple felting techniques. Suitable for beginners and experienced crafters alike, it's a relaxing way to try something new while supporting a wonderful local cause.

There is a £20 charge to cover workshop materials, with all proceeds going to Woking & Sam Beare Hospice. Any additional donation would be greatly appreciated.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12+.

Step inside Aluna at Botanical Place

Saturday 29th August | 10:30 am - 3:00 pm


A calm, considered space designed for movement, restoration and connection. Join us for a relaxed open day and experience Aluna for yourself. Explore the setting, meet the team, and take part in a selection of gentle taster sessions designed to give you a feel for the club. 

What to expect

  • EGYM taster experience
  • Hydrotherapy pool demonstration 
  • Refreshments throughout

Garden Party on the Roof Terrace

Join us for a relaxed summer afternoon at Botanical Place, where you’ll enjoy delicious food and great company in our warm and welcoming community.

What to Expect

Enjoy a glass of Pimm’s on arrival before sitting down to a Greek-inspired lunch including chicken or vegetarian skewers, flatbreads, fresh salads and a selection of sweet treats, all accompanied by live entertainment to create the perfect summer atmosphere.

Open to residents, reservists and members of the local community, this special performance promises an afternoon of beautiful arias, beloved songs and exceptional live talent. Whether you're a lifelong opera enthusiast or simply enjoy live music, we'd be delighted to welcome you.

An Evening with Sinatra

Thursday 15th October | 5:00pm - 7:00pm


Join us for an elegant evening of great food, live entertainment and good company at Botanical Place. Begin with a welcome drink on arrival, before enjoying a delicious two-course dinner and an evening of relaxed conversation over tea, coffee and sweet treats.

We're delighted to welcome acclaimed Sinatra tribute performer Paul, who will provide live entertainment throughout the evening with a collection of timeless classics and much-loved favourites.

Open to residents, reservists and prospective residents, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the warm community spirit of Botanical Place and enjoy a memorable evening in beautiful surroundings.

Stretch & Sound Bath

Friday 22 May | 6:30pm | Studio


This is your permission to slow down. Join us for an evening of relaxation and reset, beginning with a deeply calming stretch session led by Becca, a qualified fitness professional and ex‑dancer, designed to help you soften into your body and release held tension through slow, supported movement and gentle fascia release.

The evening then flows into a soothing sound bath led by Health Coach and Sound Therapist Joo Westwood — a full‑body sound immersion using Himalayan bowls, gongs and crystal bowls to create rich, layered soundscapes that support relaxation and nervous system regulation.If you are ready to de-stress and switch off, this is the event for you.

A Taste of Honey
