Let us take the stress out of your move. Our support your move package with our partners Senior Moves gives you 14 hours of support and assistance with every aspect of your move.
Use the time as you please, from:
- Help designing the layout of your new home with existing furniture, or assistance purchasing new furniture
- Creating a list of all your possessions, so you know what goes where and getting treasured family heirlooms safely delivered to family members
- Dealing with change of address notifications for new and existing suppliers
- Connecting your TV, internet, house phone and computers (where possible)
- and so much more

- If you have an offer to buy a property accepted before 15th December 2023, and complete your purchase or rental prior to 31st March 2024, Retirement Villages Group will pay for a Downsizing and Relocation Support package from the Senior Move Partnership up (totalling up to 14 hours of support)
- Additional hours of support can be added if desired, but would be payable by the Purchaser / Renter.
- This offer can only be used to support a move to a Retirement Villages Group location.
- If the offer is withdrawn, or the reservation is cancelled, for any reason, this offer will no longer apply.
- This offer can be withdrawn at any time by Retirement Villages Group.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To take advantage of this offer, the Purchaser / Renter must notify the sales consultant at time of enquiry.
