One Year's Management Fee - Paid
With your management fee taken care of for the first year, you'll have time to enjoy making The Wyldewoods, home.
Your management fee includes:
- Village Manager and support staff
- 24-hour emergency support
- Domestic help
- A wellness coach
- Building insurance
- Internal and external maintenance of communal areas and gardens

Terms and conditions:
- Offer is available on all apartments at The Wyldewoods, Chester.
- Reservation must be made by 31 July 2025 and legal completion must take place by 30 September 2025.
- Management fee will be paid for one year on apartments purchased under the Guaranteed Repayment Lease (GR) or the Open Market Lease (OM) and will be payable in full from the first day of month 13.
- Utilities and other charges remain payable.
- Offer can be used in conjunction with the Thrive Living Supported Move Package, but not with any other offer.
- Offer is subject to availability and may close early should maximum capacity be reached.
