Prize Redemption & Terms and conditions
Enter for your chance to win a one-day complimentary ALUNA membership for two at The Wyldewoods, Chester.
The competition will run from 01/07/2026 to 31/08/2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.
1. Promoter
1.1 This competition is operated by The Wyldewoods Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Prize
2.1 The prize consists of one 1 day complimentary ALUNA membership pass at The Wyldewoods for 2 adults, over 18.
2.2 The prize must be redeemed by 1 October 2026.
2.3 The one day pass will start from an agreed activation date following contact with the ALUNA team.
2.4 The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be exchanged or extended.
2.5 The complimentary period does not automatically renew or convert into a paid membership. Any decision to continue will be agreed separately.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to:

External (non-resident) entrants aged 18 years and over
3.2 All entries are subject to approval and must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry is via submission of your details through online entry form.
4.2 By entering the competition, you agree to provide accurate contact details including name, email address and any other required information.
4.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4.5 By entering this competition, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The winner will be notified within a week of the competition closing date.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Redemption of Prize
6.1 To redeem the prize, the winner must contact the ALUNA team using the details provided in you confirmation email.
6.2 We will arrange a welcome session and confirm the one day pass, start date.

8. General
8.1 The prize is subject to the standard ALUNA Membership Terms and Conditions, which apply in full during the prize period.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary.
8.3 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
