If purchasing, you can choose between a standard leasehold purchase or our Guaranteed Repayment option which is designed to be affordable, simple and certain. This option offers lower monthly costs while you live at The Wyldewoods, and when the time comes to sell, management fees stop with just two months’ notice. We’ll also take care of the sales process on your behalf, and once a buyer is found, you’ll receive the original purchase price minus a pre-agreed deferred management fee.
