Gittisham Hill Park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just outside Honiton in the rolling Devon countryside. It sits on the edge of the Combe Estate.
It offers the best of both worlds with lots of stunning green spaces and rolling hills but is also within easy reach of the popular Devon coastline and places like Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton, Seaton and Exmouth.
The nearest town of Honiton services a hospital, GP surgery, supermarket, library, railway station and a selection of high street and independent shops. There is also an enviable social calendar in Honiton with lots of get involved with, such as the annual Honiton Agricultural show as well as Honitons’ Pottery Classes.
The mainline railway station in Honiton provides regular access to London Paddington and Waterloo stations or to Exeter and the South West in the opposite direction.
Travel links are also great with the A30 and the A303 leading to the M3 and M5 less than two miles away from the village.
The coast is approximately 10 miles away and the magnificent cathedral city of Exeter about 15 miles along the new dual carriageway. There is also an airport in Exeter.

Direction by road:
Gittisham Hill Park is reached via the A30 to the west of Honiton. Follow the A375 south, marked Sidmouth and the village is about a mile out of Honiton on the left hand side of the road.
Direction by train:
There is a regular train service between London Paddington or Waterloo to Honiton. The service heads south west to Penzance.
