Aluna is one of the things that makes life at Botanical Place genuinely different. A calm, personal space designed for guided movement, restoration and connection - available to every resident, and open to a limited number of local community members.
Whether you are building strength gently, unwinding in warm water, or simply staying for coffee and conversation afterwards, everything here is designed to feel good. At your pace, with support always close.
HYDROTHERAPY / SANARIUM / STUDIO
MOVE
Expertly guided strength and resistance training with smart strength technology through EGYM. A welcoming studio space offering small group classes focused on mobility, balance, stretch and strength is also available.
RESTORE
Our warm hydrotherapy pool provides low-impact movement in a supportive environment, helping to improve mobility, circulation and overall wellbeing.. Restoration is not an add-on. It’s part of the everyday.
CONNECT
From movement to conversation Wellbeing extends beyond exercise. Meet for coffee. Share a meal in Yarrow. Stay a little longer. Aluna is designed to feel social, welcoming and easy to return to.
THE FACILITIES
Fitness Area
Our fitness area is built around EGYM specialist guided movement technology that adapts to your individual ability and tracks your progression over time. Unlike traditional gym equipment, EGYM removes the guesswork. Every session is supported and purposeful, whether you are new to exercise or returning after a break.
Studio
A calm, light-filled studio offering small group classes focused on mobility, balance, stretch and strength. Personal training and tailored sessions are also available for those who prefer one-to-one support.
Hydrotherapy Pool
Our warm hydrotherapy pool offers low-impact movement in a supportive, restorative environment. Designed to improve mobility, circulation and overall wellbeing - and to feel genuinely calming rather than clinical.
Sanarium
A gentler alternative to a traditional sauna, the sanarium uses lower temperatures and infrared heat to support relaxation and recovery. A quiet space to unwind at your own pace.
Treatment Rooms
Our treatment rooms offer a range of therapies to complement your movement practice - from massage to specialist treatments. Details of what is available and how to book will be shared with members on joining.
Wellbeing Team
Our experienced Wellbeing Team is here to guide and support you - from your first welcome session through to ongoing support.
WHO ALUNA IS FOR
We also offer a limited number of memberships to people living in the local community. Numbers are intentionally kept small to protect the calm, personal atmosphere that makes Aluna different from anywhere else.

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING
Aluna is part of everyday life at Botanical Place, supporting residents’ wellbeing, routine and connection and we are now open to new members. All new members are supported with a personal welcome and guided introduction, ensuring you feel confident, comfortable and well‑supported from the start.

Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Retirement Villages Group Ltd, trading as ALUNA at Botanical Place, West Byfleet, Surrey.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Retirement Villages Group Ltd, its subsidiaries, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form on this website. Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be included.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on Friday 27 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive a complimentary wellbeing experience for two people at ALUNA, Botanical Place.
The experience includes:
- Access to the hydrotherapy pool
- Participation in selected small group studio classes (subject to availability)
- Use of the wellbeing spaces
- A personalised wellbeing introduction with a member of the Wellbeing team
- One complimentary coffee per person in the Botanical Place restaurant
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Has no cash alternative
- Must be redeemed within three months of notification
- Is subject to availability and advance booking
- Includes coffee only (additional food or beverages are not included)
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Health & Safety
Use of ALUNA facilities is subject to standard health screening procedures and facility terms of use.The promoter reserves the right to decline participation if health and safety requirements are not met.
8. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for:
- Administration of the competition
- Contact regarding ALUNA and related services (where consent is provided)

9. General
Aluna at Botanical Place by Retirement Villages Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This competition and these terms are governed by English law.
