The advertised price includes a celebration incentive of up to £550 per calendar month, applied to the rent portion of the monthly inclusive charge.
The management fee and utility fee elements of the monthly inclusive charge are not reduced.
A reservation must be made by 31 October 2025, and the tenancy start date must be before the 30 December 2025
Other charges, including council tax and TV licence, remain payable.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
