Move into one of our villages without delay and explore a range of homes and settings at your own pace. When you find the one that feels right, you can choose to make it your permanent home. Or, if you prefer, simply continue renting. The choice is entirely yours.
How it works
You’ll move into a home of your choice on a rental agreement, making it easy to get settled quickly.
If you decide you love your home, you can move forward with purchasing it. Alternatively, you have the flexibility to move to a different property within the same village, or even explore another of our communities.

Getting started is simple. Get in touch with our team using the form below and we’ll guide you through the available options, helping you take that first step with confidence.
- This offer is only available on qualifying properties. Please speak to a sales consultant for clarity on whether a property qualifies.
- You will still be required to pay a deposit equal to one month’s inclusive charge, which will be payable and will be held by The Deposit Protection Service for the duration of the Tenancy
