Completing on a new rental home is a big step, and this limited‑time offer is designed to give you a little extra breathing space in your first year. 

When you complete on a new rental home by the end of the relevant calendar month, you’ll enjoy one month rent free, applied later in your tenancy - helping to make your move feel more comfortable and considered. 

The offer applies to rent only on new rental homes at Castle Village, Cedars Village, Thamesfield and Elmbridge Village. Management charges and utility costs continue as normal. The offer is available on completed tenancies up to 31 July 2026, subject to availability.

  • Terms and conditions: 

    1. What the Offer provides 

    1.1 The Offer provides one (1) rent‑free month on a new rental tenancy. 
    1.2 The rent‑free month will be applied in month 12 of the tenancy, or the final month of the tenancy if the tenancy ends earlier. 
    1.3 The Offer applies to rent only. 

    2. Eligibility 

    2.1 The Offer is available on new rental homes only at the participating villages – Castle, Cedars, Thamesfield and Elmbridge only. 
    2.2 The Offer applies to new rental agreements where legal completion takes place by the end of the relevant calendar month. The Offer is available only on completions taking place up to and including 31 July 2026. 

     
    2.3 The Offer is subject to availability and applies to all available rentals during the promotional period. 

    3. What is not included 

    3.1 The Offer does not apply to: 

    • Management charges 

    • Utility costs 

    • Council tax, TV licence or any other living costs 

    3.2 All charges other than rent remain payable throughout the tenancy, including during the rent‑free month. 

    4. Combining with other offers 

    4.1 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or rental reduction. 

    5. Tenancy conditions 

    5.1 The Offer applies only where the tenancy proceeds in accordance with the agreed rental terms. 
    5.2 If a tenancy is terminated early, the rent‑free period will be applied in the final month of occupancy, provided the tenancy has reached that stage. 

     

    6. Transparency & changes 

    6.1 The Offer is time‑limited and may be withdrawn or amended at any time prior to completion. 
    6.2 Any material changes will be reflected on the Offer page 

    7. General 

    7.1 There is no cash alternative to the Offer. 
    7.2 The Offer is non‑transferable and applies only to the named tenant and rental home recorded at completion. 
    7.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights or overrides the tenancy agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the tenancy agreement will prevail.
