Benefits of the Guaranteed Repayment lease*
Clear Costs
With our Guaranteed Repayment Lease, fees are clearly set out upfront. Unlike some models, there are no ongoing management fees after two months from serving Notice to Vacate. This helps provide peace of mind when planning ahead. Please note: Charges for utilities (for services like electricity, water, etc.) will continue to apply until the property is sold, even after the Management Fee has ceased. These charges are typically modest but important to factor in.
Guaranteed Repayment
When the time comes to leave your home, you or your estate will receive the full amount you originally paid for the property, minus the agreed Event fee ( A deferred management Fee). This helps remove uncertainty and supports confident financial planning.

We take care of the resale process, including refurbishment and re-marketing, so you and your family don’t have to. That means more time to enjoy your retirement, with fewer worries later on.

The Open Market option
Our open market option is the traditional way to purchase a home in a retirement community and is available across all our communities.
The resident pays a full Management fee and an Event fee when they vacate the property taking full responsibility for the property and all costs associated with its onward sale.
