ALUNA is a modern wellbeing space located within The Wyldewoods retirement village, Chester.
Created to support healthy, active living, ALUNA brings together movement, restoration and connection in one thoughtfully designed space. Whether you’re building strength, improving balance, enjoying gentle studio sessions or simply taking time to unwind, everything here is designed to help you feel well - at your pace
Membership to members of the local community is intentionally limited, allowing for a more personal and welcoming experience for both residents and local members.
EGYM / FITNESS / STUDIO
MOVE
Expertly guided strength and resistance training with smart strength technology through EGYM. Also a light, welcoming studio space offering small group classes focused on mobility, balance, stretch and strength.
RESTORE
Our treatment offering - from massage therapies to qualified chiropodists - is designed to support relaxation, recovery and everyday wellbeing. At ALUNA, it’s about feeling your best, every day.
CONNECT
From movement to conversation Wellbeing extends beyond exercise. Meet for coffee. Share a meal. Stay a little longer. Aluna is designed to feel social, welcoming and easy to return to.

Our fully equipped fitness area features state-of-the-art equipment, including smart strength technology through EGYM, designed to support safe, effective training for all levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, our team is here to guide you.
Studio
A light, welcoming studio space offering small group classes focused on mobility, balance, stretch and strength. Personal training and tailored sessions are also available.
Wellbeing Team
Our experienced wellbeing team offers friendly, professional support - ensuring you feel confident, comfortable and encouraged at every stage.
WHO IS ALUNA FOR?
For residents at The Wyldewoods, Aluna is an integral part of village life, supporting everyday wellbeing, routine and connection.
We also offer a limited number of memberships to people living in the local community. Numbers are intentionally kept small to protect the calm, personal atmosphere that makes Aluna different from anywhere else.
