WHAT ALUNA IS
ALUNA is a modern wellbeing space located within The Wyldewoods retirement village, Chester.
Created to support healthy, active living, ALUNA brings together movement, restoration and connection in one thoughtfully designed space. Whether you’re building strength, improving balance, enjoying gentle studio sessions or simply taking time to unwind, everything here is designed to help you feel well - at your pace
Membership to members of the local community is intentionally limited, allowing for a more personal and welcoming experience for both residents and local members.
THE FACILITIES
Fitness Area
Our fully equipped fitness area features state-of-the-art equipment, including smart strength technology through EGYM, designed to support safe, effective training for all levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, our team is here to guide you.
Studio
A light, welcoming studio space offering small group classes focused on mobility, balance, stretch and strength. Personal training and tailored sessions are also available.
Wellbeing Team
Our experienced wellbeing team offers friendly, professional support - ensuring you feel confident, comfortable and encouraged at every stage.
WHO CAN JOIN
ALUNA is open to:
- Residents of The Wyldewoods
- Local community members*
*Membership numbers are intentionally capped to maintain a calm, personal atmosphere.
ALUNA is not a large public gym, it is a welcoming wellbeing space designed for comfort, confidence and as part of The Wyldewoods, members can feel part of our community including usage of the popular Sage Restaurant and community events calendar.

Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Retirement Villages Group Ltd, trading as ALUNA at The Wyldewoods, Chester, Cheshire.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Retirement Villages Group Ltd, its subsidiaries, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form on this website. Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be included.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on Monday 9 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 19 April 2026.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive a complimentary wellbeing experience for two people at ALUNA, The Wyldewoods.
The experience includes:
- Participation in selected small group studio classes (subject to availability)
- Use of the wellbeing spaces
- A personalised wellbeing introduction with a member of the Wellbeing team
- One complimentary coffee per person in the SAGE restaurant
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Has no cash alternative
- Must be redeemed within three months of notification
- Is subject to availability and advance booking
- Includes coffee only (additional food or beverages are not included)
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Health & Safety
Use of ALUNA facilities is subject to standard health screening procedures and facility terms of use.The promoter reserves the right to decline participation if health and safety requirements are not met.
8. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for:

9. General
Aluna at The Wyldwewoods by Retirement Villages Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This competition and these terms are governed by English law.
