The Willowbury Is Almost Here

August 2026

Construction at The Willowbury is entering its final stages as we prepare to welcome residents this September. The restaurant, bar, lounge, wellness facilities and apartments in Blocks A, B and C are nearing completion, with final inspections and finishing touches now underway.

Across the rest of the community, apartments and cottages in Blocks D, E and F continue to progress well, while landscaping and external works are transforming the village, creating attractive outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.

The Willowbury Takes Shape

Construction continues to progress well at our new retirement community in West Malling. Across the site, every detail is beginning to take shape — from the landscaped gardens to the thoughtfully designed apartments and cottages. Once complete, The Willowbury will offer independent living within a safe, welcoming community, with excellent shared facilities, sociable spaces and support on hand whenever it’s needed. We’re excited to see it coming together and can’t wait to share more with you as the vision continues to unfold.
