A New Chapter for Roseland Parc
We’re pleased to share the first steps in the next chapter for Roseland Parc. Set within established grounds, we’re carefully evolving the village to create more homes while preserving the character and atmosphere that make it such a special place to live.
When complete, Roseland Parc will grow from 67 to 92 apartments, offering a wider mix of homes while maintaining the calm, well‑spaced environment residents know and love. Alongside new and refurbished homes, shared facilities and communal spaces are being refreshed to support everyday living, connection, and wellbeing.
How the Buildings Will Evolve
Penlee House
A Grade II listed gem, Penlee House will be sensitively restored and extended. The approved extension will add 9 apartments, thoughtfully designed to respect the character of the building while enhancing its long-term use.
Roseland Court
The former lodge will be transformed into 16 new apartments plus a guest suite. With views over landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside, these homes will blend naturally into the village setting.
Roseland Court will also grow, with additional accommodation and refurbished communal areas. These improvements will create more welcoming, practical spaces for residents to gather, relax, and connect.
Facilities & Shared spaces
