Paramount Place Takes Shape

Construction is progressing well at our Tunbridge Wells development - from the communal terraces to the thoughtfully designed apartments, every detail is coming together beautifully.

Once complete later this year, Paramount Place will offer independent living within a safe and secure community, with excellent facilities including Yarrow restaurant and Aluna Wellbeing Suite, welcoming social spaces and support available whenever it’s needed.

A Closer Look

  • Finishing touches are well underway in the apartments
  • Corridors in Blocks B and D are being beautifully decorated and fitted with carpets
  • Building systems are progressing through final testing and commissioning
  • Key amenity spaces are taking shape, including ceiling installations, tiling to the changing rooms, and ongoing work within the bar and restaurant areas
  • Landscaping within the central courtyard has advanced, with work now reaching the Yarrow restaurant, and the water feature installation underway
  • External landscaping along Mount Pleasant Road is also progressing well

There’s still lots to be done, but the site is full of energy and momentum as we approach the final stages.
