Retirement Villages Group Ltd are proudly working in partnership with a local, award winning construction company to complete the latest development at Lime Tree Village –The Polo Field
Trendgrey Construction Ltd have handed over the first properties, with a value of c.£6.6 million.
Retirement Villages chose Trendgrey to carry out the work at The Polo Field, Lime Tree Village, following previous successful contracts at Cedars Village, the location of Trendgrey’s main offices, as well as the contract suiting Trendgrey’s skills and in-house workforce.
During the first phase, there are 44 two and three bedroom properties now underway at The Polo Field.
