Building progresses at Roseland Parc Retirement Village, Cornwall

Roseland Parc, our retirement village in Tregony, Cornwall, has been investing heavily in its future with exciting new expansion plans.

Cornwall Council granted planning permission early last year to Retirement Villages Group Ltd, who own and manage the village, to build two small developments within the village.

These new properties will extend the range of retirement living options available to people in the local area and beyond. The properties will be available in early Spring/Summer 2018, with purchase and rental options available.

The old stable block within the village is being carefully restored to create three two-bedroomed properties, The Rose, The Wisteria and The Coach House. Six further luxury apartments are also being built within the historical walled garden within the village.

These new properties will enhance further what is already a popular retirement village. Roseland Parc is built around a palm tree garden and features on-site facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness suite, hairdressers, library, restaurant, bar and sun terrace.

The Rose, The Wisteria and The Coach House properties will launch at an exclusive opening event at Roseland Parc on Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd March.
