Residents of Thamesfield, John and Helen Bennett, invited their whole family down to Thamesfield to dine with them as a special treat this Easter break.
John and Helen invited their close family members, including their grandchildren, for a drinks reception that included a selection of canapes, a formal 2-course lunch, and a tour of Thamesfield Village. The beautiful grounds gave the family plenty of opportunity for a sunny afternoon of family photos. Since moving into Thamesfield the couple has enjoyed several special meals, so being able to book a private event for their whole family allowed them to share the experience with them.
Head chef Adrian and the team put a huge amount of time and effort into the event and the food. Enabling the family to get together at Thamesfield made the event effortless for the couple. This very special occasion was the first time the family had been together for some time. At the end of the meal, a round of applause for the team could be heard all through the dining room.
The couple’s son commented, “Thank you all so much for making this happen, it means the world to us. A very special day for everyone to be together.”
