A Wealth of Experience
Although Helen has only recently joined Retirement Villages Group, she brings with her a wealth of professional experience and a strong people-focused background.
She began her career in education as an instructor within the English department at a secondary school, before moving on to work with young offenders and later supporting adults back into employment through training programmes. It was a deeply fulfilling period of her career, where she witnessed first-hand the positive transformation that comes from personal and professional progression.
A Strong Foundation in New Homes
Helen also brings over ten years of experience in the new build sector. Starting as a Sales Administrator for a well-known housebuilder, she progressed through on-site sales roles and eventually to Regional Sales Manager.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with third parties and multiple internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business. However, her core focus has always remained the same — the customer and their journey. She understands that moving home, at any stage of life, is a significant decision and believes that clear, honest information is key to helping customers feel comfortable and empowered.
I feel Retirement Villages are forging the way ahead for our elders to live their best life in a safe, vibrant community. Being able to assist people in making their move is both exciting and a privilege.
