Within the construction and asset management sectors there are great strides being made to improve the overall sustainability of the industry. The increasing use of modern methods of construction and initiatives being led by Government support companies like ours to focus on improving our sustainability. For construction, sustainability means more than just the materials we use to build our buildings. It also focuses on aspects such as the whole life value of buildings, reduction of waste from projects, creating opportunities for training and skills development as well as the impact on wider society, the economy and the environment.

We’re proud to announce some of the ways in which we’re making our business more sustainable:
- We’re aiming to achieve net zero carbon on our operations by 2030
- We’re setting the target of sending zero waste to landfill by 2025
- We will champion local employment, procurement, education and training among many other initiatives that benefit the wider communities in which we develop our villages.
We’re also delighted to announce that we’re starting 2021 as we mean to go on, by partnering with Amber Energy to power the common areas across all of our villages using green energy.
