Retirement Communities

There are many different retirement communities. But the Retirement Villages’ model is based around an age-exclusive group of people living as independent and fulfilling a life as possible for as long as possible in a high quality environment.

That means providing an independent-living range of cottages, bungalows and apartments equipped to a high standard specification, all built around a communal country club-style hub that provides the heartbeat for village life.

Village facilities

Typically, those communal facilities could include restaurant, bar, lounges, conservatory, library, snooker room, small convenience shop and meeting rooms. Some villages enjoy the benefit of swimming pools, spas and fitness areas. But whatever the range of options available in your chosen village, you can be sure of a warm, vibrant and welcoming social life among friends.

Many residents choose to live independently and still maintain healthy social lives outside of the village – but friends and relatives are always warmly welcomed back to enjoy the facilities. Most villages even have guest suites for those wanting to stay over after sharing a lovely supper in the restaurant.

Some of our retirement villages deliver independent-living lifestyles only – while others have a range of care services available, ranging from domiciliary assistance in your own home, through to residential, nursing and dementia care. Ultimately, our objective is to ensure that all our residents enjoy peace of mind, not only for themselves but also for their families.

Each of our villages is overseen by village managers and care managers where appropriate, supported by specialist maintenance, catering, domestic, nursing and care teams.

Looking after you is all that matters to us….
