1940s open day at The Priory, Devon

The residents at The Priory have had a wonderful March despite the wintry weather. In fact they really made the most of it! The recent heavy snow inspired resident Gillie, to make a wonderful snow statute of Queen Victoria, who was not amused by the weather at all.

For St. Patrick’s Day, the village held a themed evening meal with many residents getting into the spirit of the celebrations.

To celebrate the arrival of Spring and the Easter festival, the craft loving residents of the village created a beautiful hand knitted wreath. The wreath was decorated in a pretty Spring floral design and is hanging in the atrium, at the main entrance to The Priory for everyone to enjoy.
