Spring is approaching at Roseland Parc Retirement Village and the gardeners have been kept busy preparing the vast grounds for some sunshine. The first camellia flowers were spotted this week!
And it’s not just the sun and the flowers that everyone is looking forward to – Roseland Parc has been investing heavily in its future with exciting new expansion plans.
Cornwall Council granted planning permission early last year to Retirement Villages Group Ltd, who own and manage the village, to build two small developments within the village.
These new properties will extend the range of retirement living options available to people in the local area and beyond. The properties will be available in early Spring/Summer 2018.
The old stable block within the village is being carefully restored to create three two-bedroomed properties, The Rose, The Wisteria and The Coach House. Six further luxury apartments are also being built within the historical walled garden within the village.
These new properties will enhance further what is already a popular retirement village.
Lots to look forward to this Spring! Find out more about the new developments at Roseland Parc.
